Deb oversees the writers and editors who are responsible for the print, video, radio, web, and social media projects that flow through Marketing Communications. Before coming to KU, she covered the university as a newspaper reporter; now her goal is to elevate its brand in internal and external marketing communications. Deb stays in constant contact with a project from the moment it reaches MarComm through to the finished production to ensure the work has a cohesive message and is consistent in tone with KU’s strategic communications initiative.
